Privacy Policy

Short version: FillFast stores the form values you choose to save locally on your device so it can fill matching forms later. FillFast does not send your saved form data to external servers.

1. What FillFast does

FillFast is a browser extension that lets users save reusable, non-sensitive form values in local profiles and refill matching fields on web pages.

2. Data processed by FillFast

When you choose to save a form field, FillFast may process information needed to recognize and refill that field, such as the saved value and field-identifying information (for example a field name, label, ID, placeholder, autocomplete value, or similar page metadata).

3. Where your data is stored

Saved FillFast profiles, settings, and form values are stored locally in your browser using Chrome extension storage. FillFast does not operate a remote database for this data.

4. Data we do not collect

No FillFast account is required.
FillFast does not use advertising trackers or analytics.
FillFast does not sell or share your saved form data.
FillFast does not use your saved data for advertising, profiling, or AI training.

5. Sensitive fields

FillFast is designed to exclude sensitive fields from saving and autofill, including passwords, payment-card security codes, verification/one-time codes, file inputs, hidden inputs, and other fields identified as sensitive by the extension.

6. Why FillFast uses this data

The data is used only to provide FillFast's core autofill functionality, maintain user-selected profiles and settings, and support user-requested local backup/import features.

7. Data control and deletion

You can view, edit, export, or delete saved FillFast data from the extension's management page. Removing a saved field or profile deletes it from FillFast's local extension storage. Uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage may also remove locally stored data.

8. Third parties

FillFast does not transmit saved form data to third-party services as part of its current functionality.

9. Changes to this policy

If FillFast's data practices materially change, this policy will be updated before or alongside the relevant product change.
